From JR Takamatsu station

• Take JR Kotoku Line and get off at Showa-cho station, and then 5 minutes walk to the campus
• Take Kotoden Bus No.11 Shimokasai Line (via Showa-cho) and get off at Saiwai-cho bus stop, and then 2-3 minutes walk to the campus
• Take Kotoden Bus No.13 Shimokasai Line (via Miyawaki-cho) or No.15 Kouzai Line (via Miyawaki-cho) and get off at Miyawaki-cho bus stop, and then 2-3 minutes walk
• Take Kotoden Bus (Machinaka Loop Bus) and get off at Kagawa Daigaku Kyouikugakubu-mae bus stop or Kagawa Daigaku Hougakubu･Keizaigakubu-mae bus stop, and then 1 minute walk to the campus
• Approximately 10 minutes by car

Please note that the VISA on ARRIVAL is NOT available at any airport in Japan.

All citizens who are required to apply for VISA to enter Japan must apply in person at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in their country with documents both prepared by the applicant and sent by the conference VISA staff.

As a rule, this procedure is applicable only to the authors of accepted abstracts who have already paid the registration fee.
Please order the “Documents for VISA” option through the conference registration system.

1. To clarify who needs a VISA

2. Process for issuing the documents for VISA application

Please confirm which documents are required to get the VISA and contact the APCG 2024 registration support (registration@jbe.co.jp).

The documents for VISA are valid for 3 months, so we will send you your invitation letter and your documents for VISA after 17th May, 2024.

The deadline for VISA requests is 30th June 2024.

3. We will return the below documents to the applicant by e-mail

• Itinerary in Japan
• Letter of guarantee
• Other necessary documents

4. VISA application

The applicant applies to the visa at his/her country’s Japan Embassy /Consulate General with documents both prepared by the applicant and sent by the conference visa staff.
The application must be done after 16th May due to the period of VISA validity (3 months).

You need to apply your VISA by yourself at embassy.

[ Invitation letter ]

If requested by a university/institute before VISA application, an invitation letter will be provided. This Invitation is not valid for VISA application. If you need it, please request it to the APCG 2024 registration support.
